What if you have moved house after paying off account?

I have been putting this off for ages and we are very new to this but we are finally sorting out paperwork for reclaiming PPI and fees now we have a few days off work.

here is lots of talk about people getting letters in the mail or that bank will contact them, but what if you have moved house and settled the accounts before you left? I assume no letter would arrive - what happens in this case please. Thanks.

Any letters you might receive are only an invitation to complain if you have a robust mis-selling complaint. They are not any admission of liability and simply start a time-bar to prevent you complaining at some stage in the future.

If you have a PPI mis-selling complaint, you do not have to wait for the Bank to contact you before you actually complain, so it doesn't matter how often you have moved!
