new job and housing allowance

Hi
~Just making this enquiry in advance.
Im on JSA, got offered a job, training starts middle of this month for 4 weeks, then 12 weeks probation, once passed then increase in wage (not by much).
I will let the council know once I've started the job and quote my estimated yearly salary, however, I know that more often than not they will ask for 3 months wage slips.
now the first wage slip will be for 2 weeks ( as starting middle of the month), second wage slip will have training hours different to normal shift hours so wage wont be accurate, third wage slip wont take into account the new wage after probation as it will increase by a little...
Point being that the first 4 odd wage slips wont show my accurate monthly wage, I think from the fourth or fifth wage slip my accurate monthly wage will be identified.
how does this work with the council/housing allowance if they only see my first 3 slips?
or do I tell them my yearly wage and they will work it out from there regardless of my first 3 wage slips which wont be accurate?
im just thinking out aloud really and want to know how it will be worked out.
Thanks

Keep sending wage slips every month with a covering letter explaining the changes in wages. They will adjust the wage figure used until a correct average is used. These are my own views and you should seek advice from your local Benefits Department or CAB.0
