Tesco and MINT

I recently requested a balance transfer from my MINT card to my new Tesco card, unaware that they are both run by RBS.

I became under the impression that this would not work but upon checking my MINT account the balance transfer has took place. Will this bounce back at all or is there no longer an issue transfering between Tesco and MINT?

EDIT: Is it possible for me to do another BT in 2 weeks time from the MINT card to the Tesco card?

Can you access both accounts online?
If so check both daily or at least until your next statement date.
If it has not been reversed by then you should be ok.

I thought that you could do balance transfers between cards at the same bank, just not at the promotional rates. Therefore, the transfer would go through fine but you would be paying interest at your normal rate.
