Printer is driving me crazy

I have just download a new driver for my ancient lexmark Z32, for some reason it prints fine but it will not print e.g credit card number in bank statements. Today I was trying to print a boarding pass, it prints but miss all the important details like names, reference number. I am wondering whether I need to do something with the settings, it seems it's the security stuffs that won't print, anything in word is fine. Please somebody help me before I hit my head against a brick. Thanks
