PCN cancelled as a GOGW

Just wanted to say Thank you MSE and forumites for the advice. I waited until I received the first letter and then replied using the template relevant for BPA members. Received a letter today saying that as a gesture of goodwill they were cancelling the parking charge notice. :j

Could you please tell us which PPC and in what type of location - retail park, supermarket, pub, railway station, airport, flats, etc?

PS - there's no such thing as 'goodwill' in PPC world!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

You should thank them for cancelling the charge (just to confirm), but at the same time to stick their goodwill where the sun don't shine. You don't appreciate being patronised, and you feel no goodwill whatsoever towards them.0

The company concerned is PPS and it was from a retail park.
The reason I posted was to encourage others not to just pay the fine, I was expecting a long fight however they have sent me a letter after just 1 letter from me.
