It certainly looks like deliberately misleading advertising to me. Complain to the Advertising Standards Authority.

I had one of these the other day, I received what I thought I would after seeing it on a stand alone poster near the till. In fact if I had received a slice of cheesecake I would have been disappointed.
It was alright especially for the price (£1.49 I think).
