In May through this site I took out a months free trial at Eperian just to have a look at my credit rating. I cancelled well within the time limit. Just received a statement and they have taken out one months membership. Apparently when I phoned to cancel I told them that I wanted to carry on and so I was informed I cannot have my money back. Just contacted them and have been told they will have to go through records and then make a decision. What a carry on surely if I had wanted my membership to carry on I would not have had any contact with them and just let it roll. Beware.

Still poor response from this company. Just sending me emails saying complaints has been escalated to customer service. I just want my money back.0

Debit card or credit card?
If they procrastinate and play awkward, could you do a chargeback or flag it as an unauthorised charge? (Not sure whether this would cause further troubles down the line, but it could get you your money back).0
