I can't afford to watch the live cricket now it is on Sky tv but I am at home a lot present and could listen to it on the radio. I also do quite a lot of driving around in the Home Counties at present and could listen to it in my car.

So, what are the best radio channels for listening to live cricket at home and on the road? (No LW on my car radio btw and I do not have digital radio at home)

For England (and some other) matches TMS is on Five Live Sports Extra which you can get through your digital TV on channel 706 on Freeview and Freesat and (I think) 0706 on Sky. Not sure about BT Vision.

I use http://www.gocricket.com/ for watching the IPL, will be handy next season as itv4 have lost the contract for the IPL to Sky.

Apart from that your best bet is to get a dab radio, I got one cheap at Tesco and it is fine for what I want to listen to.

Listen on the UK Radioplayer, you can do a search for cricket and it's list which UK radio stations are currently broadcasting cricket and have catchup. Predictable the search returns BBC national / regional stations.
