Facebook setting up business page

I've been asked to set-up a Facebook business page for a company, any tips on the easiest way to do this - after set-up I need to hand over to others to run.

The process is really very simple, so don't panic!

The business page can be set up using your own personal Facebook account, and you can add other users as "admins" that can run the page. You can either then remove yourself as admin, or keep yourself there, it's up to you.

On the left hand side of your Facebook homepage, you should see a "create page" link. Click it!



Select the type of page it needs to be. If it's a bricks and mortar sort of business, "local business or place" is probably best.



Fill in those details!



And these details too. You can skip these and add them later, if you want.



Congrats, your page is set up!



To add people as admin, click settings up at the top near your page's profile picture. Then, select 'page roles' on the left hand side. Select your admin, and give them the permissions you think they should have.
