Car reposessed panicking like mad

I don't know much about car repossessions, but would advise you to contact a debt advice charity, to get help.
From your posts, you seem to lurch from one financial crisis to the next (county court, car insurance etc) which can't be either happy or healthy for you.
Ask for help - everyone needs it sometimes.0 -
Why don't you just ask Moneybarn....seems like the obvious solution0

From the OP:Spoken to moneybarn b y email and they are saying that it's tough they want full payment.
If the recovery driver has told her that recovery can be halted if the arrears are up to date, it sounds to me most likely that he's not known (and wouldn't have known) about the court order. This would suggest OP has missed many payments before. Sounds like Moneybarn are sick of the situation and just want the car recovered and sold.A recovery truck had literally just gone with my car, I was about 2 months behind with payments with moneybarn. I cooperated with the recovery driver and gave keys over etc. he said that as long as any arrears are bought up to date they will bein the car back, is that true? I always thought that recovery was final. If that's true I can make the payment today but if not I'm stuck without a car. I'm 2.5 years into a 4 year agreement and put down a decent deposit, there wa a court order on it but stupidly I missed the last 2 payments. I've made 1 already and can make the other if what they are sayig is true
OP, time for a rude awakening - sort your finances out."Facism arrives as your friend. It will restore your honour, make you feel proud, protect your house, give you a job, clean up the neighbourhood, remind you of how great you once were, clear out the venal and the corrupt, remove anything you feel is unlike you... [it] doesn't walk in saying, "our programme means militias, mass imprisonments, transportations, war and persecution."0 -
Use the payments you have, but didn't give them (??) to buy a cheap car.
Financing an otherwise completely unaffordable car is madness.0
