How Did Royal Mail Get it THIS Wrong?

Hi with sunday post.. it doesn't always mean its gone to the wrong house and a neaighbour has reposted.. a whileback our postie delivered sundays to 'catch up' although this was after the floods so I am guessing it isn't a usual occurence.
In the last month our post has been arriving at about 7:30pm a couple of times a week.
The first time I though it was our postman having an off day and put it through the wrong door, and a neighbour was rectifying his mistake.
Next time it happened I opened the door and saw the postie going up the road with his bag.
The really annoying thing is I could walk to our delivery office in under two minutes, so why should I get my post so late!!!!
Fair play to the postie for working so late, but is this really progress? Our post used to arrive before 7 in the morning!!0 -

Changes/cuts in services.kinda hinted at by the post I quoted?0 -
Don't imagine most people have the luxury of enough time or energy to care about changes/cuts in services that don't affect them, to be honest.
Having said that, I also don't have have enough time or energy to work up any iota of interest in whether my post is delivered to me at 7 am or midnight, as long as it's delivered.0
