I was completing a survey earlier about Living Wills:

A Living Will, also known as an Advanced Decision, is a legally binding document that sets out a person's wishes regarding health care and how they wish to be treated if they become seriously ill or unable to communicate their own choices. It is empathetically not an instrument of euthanasia.

I'm not sure why, but it really annoys when they call it a hamper and then show it in a cardboard box instead of a wicker hamper :rotfl:

"Wet the appetite" when they mean "whet the appetite", possibly because they are confusing it with "wet your whistle".
