I have bought an XP Pro disk OEM, and it has no COA with it.
Does anyone know how mush it would cost to buy just the COA from Microsoft?

You're essentially only paying for the coa anyway, so you're not going to get it any cheaper without the actual software. The disk should have still come with a serial number (which is essentially the COA), otherwise take it back. When I bought my XP Pro OEM, it came with the little official sticker with serial number/COA to stick on pc case, if you don't have that then you didn't get what you paid for as it's the serial number that your giving over your money for."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
