Hi I am hoping someone can help I have had to recently check my credit file and see t mobile have a default againt me it's concerning an old account that I disputed I was miss sold I was told it was capped @£10.21 PCM although received bills for over £100 so disputed and they did not listen
ON a handwritten form from the salesman it's displays 300min300tx per month although on the contract it says only 100mins 100tx so I think there was an error with the tarrif also
I have called them today to try and reopen the dispute and there collection teams say they no longer have the contract to see the tarrif only my name and address and the debt amount they say send them copies of the contract pointing out my dispute and they can look into to it
I am sorry the post is bit long just really appreciate advice as really need this of my credit report for mortgage application. I appreciate any view. Thanks

How long ago did you enter in to the contract?
If this is still on your credit file then they should still have a copy of the original agreement, all correspondance etc. They may not be able to access it over the phone but if you write to them to reopen the dispute they will be able to check their records. If you want to see all the information they hold you can send a subject access request under the data protection act (it has a £10 fee)A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
