new claim

Just checked a credit file for a fried who is looking to reclaim any PPI and he has the following on there

tesco loan started 4/4/12
Santander loan starts 25/9/07
DaimlerChrysler started 6/8/09
Clydesdale financial 12/9/07
HSBC loan 16/10/07
RBOS t/a Lombard Direct 21/5/08

sainsburys credit card 5/3/07
Barclaycard 6/6/06

What's the way to proceed? Do I need to write to each one? Do I refer to previous address he has had? There aren't any account numbers available so what should I do.

Many thanks

Can I just write with £1 to each one to ask for a copy of the agreements or do I need £10 to each for a SAR

If the accounts are closed you'll need a SAR

Yes, £80 in all. I hope it's worth it.

There wont be PPI on these and in the slim chance there was it would be a monthly PPI. PPI certainly wouldn't have been mis-sold in 2012.

Also they're all regulated insurance sales and less likely to be mis-sold.

Indeed, by then lenders had either ceased selling it all together or tightened up their selling procedures..
