    hi, thanks, I know
I've messaged them again the other day but had no reply &
    Helpmesave has messaged them..below

    but still no joy
have you messaged them or enquired handbar,
might be a good idea if we all keep at them & then
hopefully they may get it sorted :)

While this is bumped and at the top I just wanted to say that I have just contacted them to see if it helps/makes them more aware...

Just got this reply back from the PO:

Hi Glenn, I have just checked the link and this is working now. - Jonny PFW

I replied that I know the link is working  (read the actual message that I sent about 'once submitted') and that for him to try submitting some dummy details and he will get the error message...

You can ony but try... I will update when/if I get any further response! :rotfl:

Just got this back and I think they are either telling porkies or they do not talk to each other...

I will have this looked into Glenn as this enquiry is the only enquiry received regarding any problems with the link. - Jonny PFW

I will update when I get the response!

Firstly, sorry folks this is NOT a bump to say this is now working, because it's not :(

However, when I click on the normal/direct link it now takes you to a page where it requires you to reg/log in before you can proceed further.

The registration process requires an 'account number' (ie business a/c I believe) and it won't submit without this.

It makes me wonder if they are attempting to restrict access to these monthly draws to their registered customers only

What does everyone else think?

I agree that its maybe time to give up on this one, unless you have a business account with them.
