Lloyds shares dividends

Hi

I have a few thousand Lloyds shares

Years and years ago when they were halifax, I used to get dividends

I heard they may be starting to pay them again soon

The bank account I used to have my dividends paid into is now obsolete

What will happen when they try to pay me dividends again?

Will they contact me first to ask where they should be paid into?

I'm not a share dealer so I don't know about how it works!

How are your shares held - in a 3rd party holding scheme or do you have the certificates?


Mine are held with Equiniti and I created an online account which means I can change address, bank details etc.


I believe Equiniti are the registrars for Lloyds shares - google should be able to point in the direction of a contact for them?

Given that no dividends have been paid for some years. The registrars may well mail all shareholders to update their records. Once a dividend is announced.
