The bigger problem is knowing which payments came via that route so you can alert people who are still making payments to the old account. There's no indication that the re-direction has happened in the 123 statement.
I agree! It's all very well transparently re-directing payments to the new account but there should be some sort of indication on the bank statement or via a separate report highlighting which payments must be corrected before the 13 months is up.
I've only recently switched so I don't know what, if anything, would happen after 13 months....0 -

The only question you asked is how long they would take to reach your new account, which is what the thread title should have been.
The thread title does make it sound like the money has not been re-directed and is now lost between the dividend company and your old bank.
Yes, but I am sure you can appreciate there is a significant difference between: "Car smashed while parked" and "Car scratched while parked".
