Ford Focus and C-Max safety recall
Had a letter from Ford today. Engine cooling fan control module. In countries with high levels of winter salt on roads. Corrosion affecting said unit and can overheat. Dealer will fit supplemental wiring loom and install a water shield to protect against water and salt. Got it booked in for next Thursday as a freebie. Ford main dealer knew about it when I phoned. Mine's a c-max 06 plate diesel 1.8 :cool:
