    Aren't bills only down because we had an exceptionally mild Winter? Certainly haven't seen a drop in energy charges - despite the much lower wholesale prices this year.

    People buy less energy, companies make less profit.

    Yes when I saw it on the TV they stated a mild winter and consequent lower usage as the reason for lower profits - Logical. However they did follow it by saying that profits this winter would be up substantially. Presumably due to higher prices, and colder winter.:j
