My buyers have asked if we would get a price for the freehold not for us to buy it for them, so they can budget for it, if in the future they do want to buy it.
We have said no, because it will take about 4 weeks and we refuse to pay for it.
They have faffed about for weeks. Its only just at solicitor stage now after 10 weeks of them misleading us, pretending that they were in a position to move when they weren't quite at that point.
They got a good deal on our house in condition that we would not be liable to pay out for anything else.
Im at the stage now that if they dropped out now I wouldnt bad an eyelid.

82 years. Their bank are happy with that.
I would have done it if they hadnt led us on just a merry dance for weeks and weeks.
Moving house is a major pain in the !!!!0
