New "Nest" pension scheme

My husband reaches 65 in October this year. He wont be finishing work but more than likely go part time, 3 or 4 days a week. However, his employer has sent alot of information about the new Nest scheme. We arent sure whether its worth him enrolling. If he does, when he decides he wants to finish work, can he withdraw the money accrued as he will be over 65 when he does? hope that makes sense. Have looked at the site and cant find anything about people who are his age group. link here

These pension schemes involve the employer putting in money for the employee.
Do you want to receive money from your husbands employer? The only thing that is constant is change.0
