Tempur Mattress Warning!

Help needed!!
In January 2014 I bought a Tempur Sensation 27 Mattress from Beds are UZZZ in Hemel Hempstead. Despite taking payment, there was no sign of my mattress until I called the store only to find they had sold my mattress to another customer. So they ordered another one for me. Ok so far...
I also purchased a Tempur mattress protector as I find them invaluable, but wanted to make sure that I was doing all that I could to look after a very expensive mattress. It is a kingsize mattress which retails with Tempur for approx. £3500, but I paid just less than £2000 from the aforementioned store. Still a lot of money. But having had breast cancer etc, I needed to be able to sleep...we all spend time sleeping, so the mattress for me, had to be what I believed to be, the best.
I complained to the store in May, but after a couple of minutes the chap Peter called back and said that the GUARANTEE was limited and only covered the mattress if it sagged more than 2cm. So I called Tempur and spoke to Ruth. My problem is that I suffer horrific pain to pressure points in my shoulders and hips which I've never experienced before. Also I wake up absolutely covered with an imprint of the cover of the mattress, which is like a honeycomb pattern.
The upshot of both calls was that it was a ''comfort issue'' and thus not covered by the guarantee.
I have since noticed a few blogs that have now disappeared about people experiencing the same problems as me.
Ruth from Tempur told me to unzip the cover of the mattress, fold it in four and putting it on my sofa, to sit on it for at least a week. This she said would soften the mattress cover as the visco elasticity had not broken down enough (soften). She also said that the sheet that I was using on top of the mattress cover could be preventing my body heat from softening the cover. While doing all I could...following the advice from TEMPUR, I was sleeping on the bare mattress with the mattress protector, which Ruth told me was also supposed to be a sheet. Not convinced, I still used a white sheet on top. After a week, I fear you won't believe what happened.
My sheet turned pink. The pink layer of the mattress is below the first layer that I lay on, so I couldn't understand how the pink had seeped through.
Not only that...the white strap of my watch turned pink...and I didn't wear it that often to bed.
Worst of all, when I was doing my clothes wash, I was horrified to notice that under the arms of my clothes was covered in pink dye. I HAD BEEN PERSPIRING THE PINK DYE FROM THE MATTRESS!! How much of this is in my system? Why won't the store or Tempur listen to me? I am fraught with worry as I have been feeling ill since using this mattress, but put it down to not sleeping well.
Surely it is not a ''comfort issue'' but in clear contradiction of the Sales of Goods Act 1979 where it is not 'fit for purpose' and certainly not 'as described'. Can anyone help? Could anyone out there considering a Tempur mattress, please please, be very careful and ask lots of questions. Mine was supposed to be a medium firm top of the line mattress but it's like sleeping on a brick. Despite it softening up a lot more. This morning my body is covered with the imprint yet again and I'm limping again with the pain in my hip. Their 'sales talk is not true'' again, back to the Sales of Goods Act. But I am so distressed because the store won't take ownership of the problem and nor will Tempur. I can't afford to just throw away almost two thousand pounds.
Is there anyone else out there with problems with Tempur?
