Hi, a couple of quick questions about First Direct.

So the deadline for applying is today. I wanted to go through with it but have a couple of questions.
I've recently just done the Halifax deal and switched my current account to them, will it affect my credit score to make another application so quickly? Or does that just apply to Credit Cards?
I intend to switch a Savings account to the First Direct one, does that still qualify for the £125 bonus?
Sorry if this is in the wrong place, new here but just want to get started with money saving

All credit searches recorded as a result of applications are the same and similarly affect credit scoring for all applications involving it.I've recently just done the Halifax deal and switched my current account to them, will it affect my credit score to make another application so quickly?

" Open a 1st Account, then transfer your banking and salary/income of at least £1,000 per month to your 1st Account using the Current Account Switch Service within three months of your account opening and we'll add £125 to your account." - this looks pretty clear to me.I intend to switch a Savings account to the First Direct one, does that still qualify for the £125 bonus?
And, AFAIK, switching service is for current accounts only, not for savings accounts.0 -
The £125 deal seems to expire today, so it would revert back to their standard £100 from tomorrow.0
