Nationwide Flex Plus Mobile Phone Insurance

I opened one of these accounts on Martin's recommendation, not least because of the Insurance features.


I sent an iPhone 5 off for a screen repair, paid the £50 excess and received the phone back after about 5 days. The screen, whilst replaced, didn't seem right and wasn't reacting to touch very well.


I took the phone into the Apple store, only for them to inform me that the screen had been replaced with a non genuine one, as well as the camera and speaker grill being put back misaligned.


Apple will no longer service the phone, due to this.


Can they do this legally? Where do I stand please?

    contact the Nationwide and send it to them if needed
