Bradford & Bingley or St. Andrews Group?

Hello All,
Just looking for some guidance if possible. I have previously reclaimed back PPI charges from credit card and loan companies.
I now have another one to claim on my mortgage. This was initially taken out with Bradford & Bingley but I have a PPI statement from the issuing company who is the St. Andrews Group.
Whom should I send the claim form to?
Many Thanks.
JBJ

Whoever sold you the MPPI.
Be aware that most MPPI complaints fail (both at seller and at FOS). You typically need stronger reasons for complaint than loan or credit card. For example, 6 months full pay, 6 months half pay is a good reason for loan and credit card PPI complaints but the FOS has been rejecting MPPI complaints with people using that. Mainly as mortgages are long term and the failing to pay your mortgage results in lifestyle changing consequences. Plus, MPPI pays out in addition and not restricted by employer benefits (unlike many loan and credit card PPI). Another reason is that most MPPI is monthly premium standalone (direct debit). That is how it should be set up. Plus, there tends to be less restrictions on MPPI compared to loan/CC PPI. So, think about your complaint reasons carefully.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
