New thread after the previous one became pointless.
Dishonourable mentions for Liverpool Airport and Lidl today.

Getting better and better every day. Lets hope they keep up the pressure.0

I notice Helen Dolphin omitted DMUK's relationship with a few PPC's whilst criticising them.0

Or the fact that her outfit is a BPA member. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Daily Mail still using the F word and the P word...Bournemouth - home of the Mighty Cherries0

Daily Mail still using the F word and the P word...
Because that is what people understand, the language of the common man.
You do not tell people that you have a bacterial infection in your mandible, you tell them that you have a toothacheYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Anyway, although these charges may not be fines they are certainly penalties. That the BPA Ltd. bars PPC's from describing them as such is part of the deception, it doesn't prevent us and the Daily Mail calling them by their true name.Je suis Charlie.0

The BPA have declared the the Daily Mail is "out of bullets" with regards to dodgy practices within the parking industry.
Have they forgotten about the violent, racist thugs and other assorted criminals they allow as members?0 -
Unfortunately it is the BPA that is out of bullets. Not that they had any in the first place other than those of their fevered, cash-driven imaginations. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
