Reclaiming bank charges

Could someone help me out here, new to this. I have a current account with Lloyds /TSB and my overdraft was agreed with them, climbing steadily from £500 to £3000. My partner and I have split up (its a joint a/c) I froze the a/c and am contributing just enough to stop it going over the agreed overdraft limit of £3k. My charges on statements are fixed service charges and o/draft interest. Can these be claimed back?
I have opened another a/c with HSBC which is functioning fine.
