Premier parking solutions-exceeded marked bay area notice.

I received a charge notice today at station road, didcot car park for exceeding the marked bay area. The notice was issued by Premier Parking Solutions and I wish to appeal the notice. Can I email the appeal on the newbie sticky for exceeding bay markings or is different wording required? Advice would be appreciated.

Is this a railway car park?
Have you waited for the NTK through the post?
If so we may get you to show it as this is PPS who are one of the more annoying PPCsNewbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. I had a Parking Charge Notice attached to my car yesterday at the same Didcot car park. I guess my main concern is that there are no marked bay areas in that part of the car park. I would like to appeal this. What should I do?
The carpark is opposite Didcot station and is managed by PPS0 -

You need to either start a new thread of your own so advice will be specific to you and not mixed in here, or alternatively you can just watch this thread as it progresses and take your leads from it, if the ongoing circumstances mirror yours. But if you do need clarification of any point at any stage in that process, please don't place it on this thread, but then start your own.

Search the forum for 'Didcot' as your keyword and read xxdaix's thread which I won't link here as you are best finding your way around the forum and searching is the best practice you can do. 'Search this forum' is a heading about the top thread, next to 'forum tools' back on the first page of this sub-forum (just one forum jump away right now - one click needed only, gets you to page one). When you read the thread by xxdaix you'll see why that's the thread for you to read as it has your bespoke Didcot Railway car park POPLA appeal v PPS right there (and PPS had won at POPLA a few times before we started pointing out to POPLA what the original intention of the charge was). So you need that new version.
Like I say, I won't link threads very often for newbies as you miss the entire usefulness of any forum if you don't know how to search, IMHO. Let us know you've found it so we know you are on the right track as this could easily be lost if you just try a generic POPLA appeal from another non-PPS-specific example.PRIVATE 'PCN'? I was parked in the car park opposite the station. I haven't received the NtK or appealed to PPS or anyone else. I have read the area that was suggested earlier but I guess that template is for use later rather my appeal to PPS now?0

Go back to newbie thread and focus on post 1 then. Begin with first stage appeal there.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Yes it is, that's for POPLA stage. But you don't appeal NOW anyway if you've not received the NTK yet! See the newbies thread for when/how to appeal at the NTK stage.Outerspace wrote: »I was parked in the car park opposite the station. I haven't received the NtK or appealed to PPS or anyone else.
