Please can you help me about DLA

I win DLA appeal 4 week ago after 2& half years ago fight . every time I call they can't see my details I need help because I phone today again direct DLA number .lady say to she can't se my details .I told her last week one lady call me I need to fax her court paper & I did after fax I call her make sure she received my fax same lady told me she got it my fax & she will short it out ASAP. I call this number today again pick up another lady she told me she can't see anything & she request me to send court paper again .& I did sent fax again today .after I sent fax I call her again she said she got it my fax she will short it out ASAP & she asked my bank details .& she asked did I go aboard or did I stay hospital . Please help me what's gonna happen next do i need to do anything .I am thinking I call again coming Monday. Thanks
