Final bill issue with flow energy and scottish power
I moved from flow energy to scottish power in june and submitted my opening reads to scottishpower. I have been chasing flow energy for final bill and they always say they are waiting for scottish power to send the closing reads to them and as per industry regulations they can't accept from me. When I speak to scottish power they say its already sent long back. I have now sent a email to both saying take it as a formal complain. Should I wait for them to come back as its a month only from when I have switched? thanks
