Egg Bank (Now Barclaycard) PPI

Hi I had PPI on my old Egg Bank Plc card untill it was taken over by Barclaycard a couple of years ago. I have a couple of old emails from them but I dont have a policy/statement. Can and how do I proceed to claim the PPI?

Complain to both Barclays and Egg, you need the card number to complain.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

I'm still trying to work out who to write to for this. Same with the Tesco one I had who actually dismissed me out of hand despite providing proof. A PPI expert (not one of those on the phonelines, a friend who does it for a living for a bank) said they shouldn't have responded that way0
