Hi All,
To cut a long story me and my partner have been involved in purchasing a house for nearly 6 months now.
We found out a couple of months ago the house was a leasehold and have processed as long as the people we are buying the house from purchase the freehold.
We are hoping to exchange soon and my question is ....
As I have started a new job since applying for my original mortgage (Mortgage company doesn't know), do I need to tell them my circumstances has changed ? As I don't want the situation to occur as we set an completion date and then the mortgage company take their mortgage offer away from me ?
P.S. The new job is £12k more per year.
Thanks in advance
