Help with issue with Ikea

Bought a wardrobe from ikea on-line on the 18th July. Only 2 part out 3 was delivered on 25th July. Arrangement was made to delivery the rest of the part on the 28th. No delivery arrived. Have been ringing everyday since then but they keep saying that they will sort it out but nothing is happing. The phone call takes 45-60 min to answer and worried that my phone bill will very high.

Don't know what to do.I am fed up. Urgent advice needed please

Well you have 14 days to cancel the contract and get a full refund, and the 14 days don't start until they have delivered the complete order, so no need to panic. Have they taken any money from you yet? How much did the wardrobe cost and how did you pay?
