If you are stingy you might be able to get away with £40 or less but you should plan a budget for £60 to £75 and keep an eye on your meter in case you average £90 or more.
(That's just for gas and electricity.)
As a single person (or couple) there is a wide range. If it's just you switch the twice-a-day timer off over winter and switch the heating on only on evenings when it is actually needed and you are staying in (if you like - basking in comfort is also an option.)0 -
Not nearly enough info: how is the property heated and hot watered? If all-electric, then is it on E7 or single rate metering? An all-electric, non-E7 flat will cost you very much more than dual fuel with gas CH and DHW.
If the water is unmetered, then ask the agent for the Rateable Value in order to calculate the water bills.
The EPC rating tells you nothing about energy input-how many people in the flat, lifestyle; (occupied in the day, evenings)?
Council Tax you can check on the LA's website, assuming you know the band.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
