My horrific atos experience

  • Good lord, how uncaring were the first couple of posts? sounds like a horrendous experience Diary. I hope you got sorted out and dont have to go back for a while. With hindsight all of these different aids that have been suggested might have helped the situation but then again the poor man didnt have them and making him feel like a nuisance when he has taken the trouble to post is rather cruel!!!!

    Except it wasn't Diary who had the "horrendous experience" and the posts you dislike actually offered helpful suggestions for the future.

    Unfortunately I doubt your experience is unusual, each time my wife is assessed she requests a home assessment, this is then refused, each and every time she has arrived at a centre with no disabled access, she then receives a nasty letter accusing her of refusing to attend her assessment!
