Hertz Complaints Procedure

I want to make an official complaint regarding the Hertz Claims Department, but obtaining the information about how to go about it is proving difficult. (I am assuming that they do have an official complaints procedure?!)
Please does anyone have an email address, telephone number, contact or an address that would help me? Thank you.

    I have made several using

  • April 2012, UK accident, person drove into back of hire car whilst I was stationary and admitted full responsibility. Paperwork completed at scene.
    In November 2013, Hertz claims dept stated that claim had been going on long enough and I was promised full refund, still waiting!!!
    Always fobbed off when I call them and despite their promises to email or phone me, neither ever happens!!
