Noddle ccj

Options
Good Morning,

Hoping someone can help, back in 2009 The Funding Corporation tried to take me to court regarding a loan, long story short, nobody from Funding Corporation ever turned up to any of the court dates, and never sent any of the requested paperwork as a result the Judge granted a extract of dismissal with no funds due to either side and also no impact on credit file, to which I got an email back from their lawyers, Yuill & Kyle agreeing to this, happy days!!
Fast forward to 2014, getting my fiances in order due to looking for a mortgage, check Experian and Equifax all is looking good, and then I check Noddle/Call Credit and surprise surprise CCJ from Funding Corporation.
Query this with Noddle who take forever and a day to get back to you, who say they need proof from the court, so I send all the relevant emails and Extract of dismissal, again they still wont remove as they say they got information from Registry Trust, so checked that nothing on it, can someone please give me some advice on where to go next:mad:

Send them proof there is nothing on the register and see what they say.
