Having just sent my email, I was coming back to say the same as C-M. We never win on breaches of cop, always on legal reasons. So use a standard appeal as C-M says.

Ooh err. I must have used an older version of the COP.
I hadn't seen the change. I didn't make it up, honest!

    Wait, I wasn't wrong -

I have just looked at the version I have saved in iBooks. It is definitely v4 of the code Feb 2014. And it has 18.11 in it, as quoted in post 5.

But this version online does not. Now that is a mystery to me. I wonder what has happened.

I am going to send of an email to the BPA querying this.

Sorry I can help further to locate the missing clause.

    Well spotted. Very interesting.

My version 4 has 18.11 in it too. The new version 4 is 771k, while the old one is 619k.

That's gone up in price somewhat hasn't it ? Hmmm .... much like their member's invoices

Sections 21.6 - 21.10 are also missing. That is the whole section on also missing on "Not making use of Keeper Liability Provisions."

I opens both versions on two iPads and compared the two! Sad or what!

Sorry OP, a bit of hijacking going on here, all led by your question that initially seemed daft to me about where was 18:11

It's like asking where junction 6 of the M27 is...

    Chopper you can quote 18:11.

I received this response to my email from Steve Clark.
We have been doing some work on our website and somehow the prevailing version (4) of the Code has been replaced. ........

When the correct version 4 is put back, Clause 18.11 will be there – it’s certainly in the Code that I am working with.

So use the quotation in post 5 which was lifted from the correct version.

I most certainly will do. Thank you as always for your assistance.

As a point of note. Mine and several other posts on tripadvisor warning others regarding parkingeye operating in the car park have all been taken down. There was a conference where nearly all the delegates were stung and every single review is now absent, almost seems as if the hotel are complicit with parkingeye in trying to catch people and seeing how many pay up.
