Best offshore bank?

I am resident in France but my pension arrives in £ Sterling into my Britsih bank account. The bank is Nedbank Private Wealth who now require me to deposit £50,000 in cash or securities. This is possible but inconvenient so I am considering changing to another bank. Can anyone suggest a reliable offshore bank please?

Why do you need an offshore account? Taxation? Due to Swift network?

What is the amount you have coming in.. what do you intend to do with it..

What are actually wanting from the provider.. I.e. interest, perks, access to investment portfolios/S&Ss etc

So the money hits England.. you want an offshore account to move it from English account to offshore.. then to a french account?

Money is for living expenses. Amount is about £2,000/ month, but only about half of this is spent, the rest will be invested in the UK mostly in shares. My State retirement pension goes directly into my French bank but the rest into UK bank and is transferred as required by an intermediary such as World First.
