Hope everyone managed to get plenty of meat bargains. Despite me being all ready to go and get mine this morning, it didn't happen :o I will have to go tomorrow instead.

    Afternoon

It's a bit quieter than usual today, everyone off using APGs in T and getting meat in M?

I've briefed dh on using the meat coupon later - I've not used him in couponing before but if they're rigid about the one per person thing then at least we can 2 lots :D

Was going to get the 3 for 10 salmon but I think the sides of salmon are a bit cheaper at £9.99/kg - I have a thing for it atm but only allowed to eat it twice a week :(:o

Fish was always regarded as brain food for the baby. Times change.

Just picked up my Rtc Pantene....thanks again Deedee.
I'm pretty close to my apg limit for this month and fear that this shop might push me over. I'm happy to leave it for a few days before claiming but is there any way I can actually check the apg without it going on to my account? Has anyone been able to check one and then not claim until later? In effect locking in the prices without going over my limit for the month? I hope I've explained this properly? TIA

Sorry to quote myself...:o but does anyone have any idea on this? TIA

£9.99/kg for salmon fillets too :). I bought "a few" this afternoon.

If you want multiples, buy The Suns before you go to M and only buy one shop at a time - either take it back to the car or have a bag for life with you to put your shop in then go round again. Use a different till each time. Worked for me this afternoon (may not be completely necessary but saved me going to different stores - vouchers work on self scan too so you can get through a fair number unless your store is being ultra strict and monitoring all tills).

Oh, and remember you are still spending £5 or more each shop so don't get carried away - having spent around £60 today on meat that I wouldn't normally spend in weeks, they are still on a winner!
