    Afternoon

It's a bit quieter than usual today, everyone off using APGs in T and getting meat in M?

I've briefed dh on using the meat coupon later - I've not used him in couponing before but if they're rigid about the one per person thing then at least we can 2 lots :D

Was going to get the 3 for 10 salmon but I think the sides of salmon are a bit cheaper at £9.99/kg - I have a thing for it atm but only allowed to eat it twice a week :(:o

I did two shops on SS then 3 on a till with no trouble. This was at cribbs. The selection in 3 for £10 was dire, you'd think they'd stock up well wouldn't you?!

Didn't stop me getting loads though :D

oh was at work some way away and i dont drive so ds2 got on his bike and shot of at a speed, After half an hour nervous wait he rings everything is fine :) but the house next door has a shed adjoining that has exploded. there was now 2 fire engines, 2 ambulances 2 police cars and 2 what he thinks was plain clothed police, he was allowed to chech the animals but then had to leave,
oh went there afterwards and they are all still there, needed to search our fields but would not tell him what had happened would not even tell us if the elderly couple were ok:(:(

Oh no :( my fingers crossed that the elderly couple are ok and that the damage was/is minimal

I might be mistaken but I thought the T&C's said ' not to be usd with any other coupons'. Small print though so might be OK.

They do but it seems that different stores are following different rules

AJ , the free books, do they change regular please? is there a way you can put books in like a list and then check if they have been reduced in price to how much we like to pay 0.00 :D

I've not tried but you can search for certain authors or genres. I keep my own list of books I'd like to read when they are free but don't check very often.
Think I've got about 300 on mine now

Thanks to those talking about Orchard at Tesco. I have signed up to an ice cream and gelato trial!!!! No trial in my opinion.

And another thanks for the support the Elite offered when I was waiting for my biopsy results. It really did make things easier to bear. Have just had three weeks in Spain, up in the countryside - a real break we both needed to unwind and re-connect.

    Good afternoon everyone

Have done 4 M shops this morning. One shop included 3 reduced items in the 3for£10 which still gave the discount of £2 off.

So I got 2 packs diced beef 1 pk chops 2 filleted sea bass & pack Yorkshire pudds for £5.20 :j:j:T:T

Wish I'd spotted this before I went out! They had some 3 for £10 reduced to £2.99 each which I thought sucked a bit. But if I'd got £2 off on top of that it would have been worth it. Thanks for this, OP.

Yes they do :) if you put any you in a wish list (you can set it to private so no-one else can see) amazon will keep the prices updated and if the price goes down it tells you how much it's gone down by :D

Also if you go to the kindle store main page, scroll down until you see best sellers - kindle books (on the right) and click on 'see all best sellers'. Change it at the top to show the top 100 free and then you can filter by which type you prefer :)

    Bought 10 Mullers today (instore)
    Compared 5.72 v 5.72 to Mr.T
    Paid £4
    APG=57p
Actual Cost of Mullers = £3.43 (34.3p each)

12 items (9 different) on your bill qualify for comparison ASDA Tesco
    +£3.40

    2 x Muller Light Fat Free Yogurt - Vanilla & Chocolate... £1.18 £1.18
2 x Muller Light Fat Free Yogurt - Orange with Dark Ch... £1.36 £1.36
    1 x Muller Light Fat Free Yogurt - Strawberry (175g) £0.68 £0.68
    2 x Muller Light Fat Free Yogurt - Raspberry & Cranber... £1.00 £1.00
    1 x Muller Light Fat Free Yogurt - Vanilla (175g) £0.50 £0.50
    1 x Muller Light Fat Free Yogurt - Toffee (175g) £0.50 £0.50
    1 x Muller Light Fat Free Yogurt - Turkish Delight (16... £0.50 £0.50
    1 x Sanex Dermo Sensitive Anti-Perspirant Deodorant (2... £3.19 £1.49
    1 x Sanex Men Dermo Antiperspirant Deodorant - Active ... £3.19 £1.49

    Comparison total £12.10 £8.70

:eek:That's quite expensive - may as well have picked up a four pack Muller separately for £1. Mind you I messed up with my shopping - can't believe I picked up another Bath at £2.99 instead of one at £3.19 or even £3.99:(:rotfl:.

Good to see you back Pauline, how are you doing now? Spain is one of my favourite places, the countryside can be beautiful there.

I was offered the senses bread From orchard, just as well as I'm trying to cut down on my ice cream intake. Not easy :o
