I got back on the scales today for the first time in 2 weeks, I was a bit  at the thought seeing as I've been off for those 2 weeks! I've put on 2lb. Which all things considered isn't too bad. This is my last weekend of indulgence though before I get back to it properly.

I put on a lb at the festival, over indulgence, then managed to stay same while over caravan which I was pleased about as we had the party and couple of meals out. Must have been all that walking up the hill to empty the waste and toilet.

But I really need to get back on the wagon. When I stopped off at the services on the way home earlier the kripsy kreme cabinet was tempting me, I even stopped to look. :o But I was good and didn't buy one. :j
