Nationwide and TSB are good for their 5% interest current accounts.
Nationwide - 1 sole account only - earn 5% interest on balances of up to £2500. Must pay in £1000/month to earn the interest. No DDs/SOs required. Internal transfers not allowed to earn interest.
TSB - can have 2 sole accounts - earn 5% interest on balances of up to £2000 in each account. Must pay in £500/month to earn the interest. No DDs/SOs required. Internal transfers are allowed to earn interest.:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

Potential *spoiler*.
I'm just watching Brian Blessed on "Who Do You Think You Are?", it must be, on BBC ONE as someone had left the TV on that - and it's just going from bad to worse to a ridiculous extent - first he finds the children are paupers and are removed to London, then he discovers their father died, then one of the elder of the children (who is described back then - 1822 - as an "idiot", the terminology that we would now call "learning disabilities") dies nine days later. He discovers the others were very quickly baptised, suggesting they were ill and then, unfortunately, that that was indeed the case as the two year old is dead within a month:eek:. Child, who has no clue what is happening, sadly dies at such an age. The remaining children, who just lost their parents and sister, having been removed miles away out of the parish to the place (St Martin in the Fields) obliged to support them.:eek::shocked:
At least there are other surprises in store later.0 -

So in 1 day for messed up shops can anybody beat 20 bottles of hand wash and 10 bottles of daz all non glitchy:eek::eek:
I'm calling today " Black Thursday ":o:rotfl::( twos failed shops is a bad day.
But it could be worse..
Sorry can't beat it .
I think you have to set a limit when glitch shopping on what your prepared to lose if all fails.
i have glitch limit which is £80 , if I find anything glitch worthy normally on a Wednesday. I just go for for it & do multiple shops up to my limit & hope for the next 3hours that I'm rite & I've actually found a glitch.
I think everyone does pretty well out of glitches , I can never lose more than I've saved..
Maybe if I had failed shops I'd think again..Ignore reality. There's nothing you can do about it.
I have done reading too!
personally test's all her own finds0 -
Evening all, could I ask what the deal is with the lynx please, is it just a good deal or is it a glitch. I've read back but can't seem to see the original find thanks xTo get to Disneyland Florida 20160

Wow thats great. Thanks Karlie :T
No problem.
This really is easy money. No faffing around going to the supermarket for glitches to save the £££s.:o;)
Repeat for other family members.
I'm lucky in that I have very close relationships with my mum and boyfriend. I have done Halifax, M&S, Co-Op and First Direct switching incentives over the past few months for all of us. £1500 in total earned.
Just need some patience and a little organisation.:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

Karlie, seeing as you are the guru  Can I ask a question too
I would I be right in thinking I could switch my new Halifax account to an M&S one for a £100 gift card. Is the process just the same as the Halifax account, all done online? I'm new to this whole game, but I'm rather liking it so far! Thanks x
