Thank you wackynut. But Im still confused. Do I add H&S to the keratin and whats the impulse to do with it? :o:o:o
Do I just add all 3 items?

    tia :)

No, only 1 trigger as they don't show on apg.
Then 2 of what compares well in the 3for£10

I think this gives best return against M's

For all of you who are having coughing problems, have you tried pholcodiene linctus?

I swear by it when I've got the cough, especially at night. You can get a non drowsy version as well as a drowsy version.

Hope you all feel better soon :)

Many thanks for this QOC the Doc did mention this and I could not remember the name:A

Back from the Doctors had a thorough checkup and no chest infection ,sore throat or temperature so no medication been given but just have to carry taking honey and lemon and a bit of cough mixture which to be honest does no good at all.If the cough continues for another 2-3weeks I have to go back as might need a chest xray:(

Aw, hope you get better soon. xx
