It would be wrong not to mention these though:
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Regular or Light Spread 1Kg at £1.37 in M. So A £2.70 vs M. With the 500g versions being on £1.00 in A and sure to be bought by the muggles to make their shopping 10% cheaper:(, yet again the more expensive ones probably due to work out cheaper (on weight). Not yet though;) - need to wait till system is updated (possibly 2 days). "SWAP & SAVE 70p":( says msm on the 1Kg product in A, doubtless advising a switch to two packs of 500g (at expensive £1 each). No thank you!:rotfl:
I am rather liking the bold 'block' of text on the main M list, just looks quite nice, so I'm leaving it where it is for now.
I like this item (possibly, if a correct mix and match could be found):
Oral B Complete Mouthwash No Alcohol Fresh Mint (500ml)
A £4.49/Any 2 for £5.00
M £1.25
Not sure exactly when it went on offer to £1.25 in M though:( (I know, useless aren't I?:rotfl:).:p
Icbin 500g is 40p back in Shopitize.

I was brought up a bit like that myself for a while, understandable I suppose given that our parents were brought up when there was no choice but to eat what you were given.
My mother stopped forcing me to eat stuff I didn't like after an unfortunate incident with some mushroom soupI detest mushrooms! I guess she finally believed me after it made me ill all over the dining table
I was forced to eat everything put in front of me when I was young. The difference was it was never enough, we had tiny portions and I was once accused of being a thief for trying to help myself to a biscuit! Had a right ding-dong with my father too, he would not believe I did not like coffee, I too threw up when forced to drink it. The difference is he thought I threw up to get to himSarahdol75 wrote: »Just saw advert on tv for Under the Dome, starting 25 August, cant wait, know some of you watched it last time.
I seriously could not watch that. I read the book and I don't think it could match itWhat is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

oh that was lucky bubbs- really lucky these days (obviously not the reversing bit)
glad it wasnt more serious xxx
oh I got fruit and veg:D:D my mum posted me vouchers from Liverpool (Echo) so I was able to take part this time despite (or in spite of) previous vouchers only being in the scum paper.
So now need to freeze raspberries and blueberries and make some puree stuff or something out of strawberries to freeze!
Will be making potato burek (pie) tomorrow ready for my kids coming back from break in croatia (my beautiful house I havent seen for years thanks to exDH) and lots of apple pies/crumbles (not very adventurous !)
Making space in freezer I seem to have copious amounts of finest burgers!!!! Do I need to defrost before using? previously used fresh ones for mince for all sorts!:DYNWA JFT96 :A0 -

fairclaire wrote: »Is anyone else having trouble checking APGs?? Ive been trying to check mine from today and I keep getting a message that the details aren't recognised
I have got OH to double check Ive not entered the numbers wrongly (something I do often) but it's not that.
Just wondered if anyone else is having the same problem. Ive definitely got enough items.
Yes I have had a problem all day saying this morning tech error then
Went on to say not 8 items
Then just as a last exasperated try
Hey oh accepts and gives apg
Strange
So keep trying fairclaire0 -
Good news - contrary to recent reports, W rtc multi discount still works (just bought bread and had to get something else otherwise free
).
I have had times where it has not worked and I think it happened when they pressed repeat rather than scanning the same item twice.

fairclaire wrote: »Yes, he'll be staying for the foreseeable future. He's going to the same school as DS2 after the holidays. I just hope the change in schools isn't too rough on him. That said, he wasn't really getting on well at his previous school because of what was going on at home. He was missing days, not doing homework because no-one was there to keep him right most of the time.
He's really settled now has said he wants to stay which was met with no objection from his motherHer life is still all over the place, so it's for the best. I had hoped she would come to her senses. Her mother still has the other 2 children. They are coming to visit him for a couple of days next week.
Oh bless him, it's going to take time and patience isn't it, but you seem to have plenty of that. As the weeks pass he will become more as one of the family. He just needs to reach the point of realising that this home is not as his old home was.
Good luck to you and the rest of the family as you all settle in together x
I had to laugh about the loo roll mind you, but I guess he just didn't know what to with the food waste :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:There's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0
