What was awful was some of the comments I mean really? There's no need for some of it. I admire the way they handled them though. They quite rightly pointed out that the complainants weren't 'customers' but 'users' who were getting something for nothing, no matter what had changed.

Debsjc, I don't read Fairclaire's post as a direct quote of anyone? I haven't read anything on Facebook about this (as I didn't sign up to it) but I read FairCaire's comment as a general quote, she hasn't named anyone so I wouldnt take it personally?
We all have different opinions on things?
I have no opinion at all on this company as it's the first I've heard of them tonight. x
