What was awful was some of the comments I mean really? There's no need for some of it. I admire the way they handled them though. They quite rightly pointed out that the complainants weren't 'customers' but 'users' who were getting something for nothing, no matter what had changed.

I'm only on my phone now cos I was attempting sleep - but yes

Just imagine I'm browsing looking for Special K and I find someone quoting my comments to receet (which were polite & justified) and calling me awful. Way to make my day!
