LBB - I'm only going by what I was told on here a day or so ago and again earlier today ie that its the issue date that is important, not when you claim it. I really wanted my last 2 shops to count in July - but if you look back a bit you will see I was advised that they will count in August as they will be issed in August. Like I said in my last post, I'm gong to stop doing CC shops after the 21st of every month - that way I should be OK.
Hello, hope you've all sorted this by now, but this is my take on the great APG debate.
Instore and C&C/delivery claims all add together to the £100 limit (maybe unless you use different account/address/fictional instore/claim on phone details??)
If you are already close to £100 limit, you can check, but it is not advisable to claim until next month if it would push you over the £100 limit.
If you check on 31st July, and APG would push you over and you decide to claim anyway, voucher will be capped at the £100 July limit.
Even though this voucher may take a week to come, and won't be 'issued' until August, and you have not reached your August limit yet.
This voucher will count as part of your August total. Even though you claimed it in July.
Even though it also 'counts' in July when it comes to A's checking that months total!
This way A will be sure to 'never issue more than £100 per calendar month.'
I also note that when I let my order lapse by not confirming and paying in time, my e-vouchers come back into my account as unused, but with a new date, i.e. they now expire weeks later. I imagine this may be useful if you have vouchers about to expire..
Hope this helps, and doesn't just add to the confusion!
I am not young enough to know everything.
