LBB - I'm only going by what I was told on here a day or so ago and again earlier today ie that its the issue date that is important, not when you claim it. I really wanted my last 2 shops to count in July - but if you look back a bit you will see I was advised that they will count in August as they will be issed in August. Like I said in my last post, I'm gong to stop doing CC shops after the 21st of every month - that way I should be OK.

I thought the same as you but now I'm thinking 'issue date' is when it's claimed I.e. issued to the account but not arrived. Meaning you can check early but don't claim. Then claiming is when it is issued so you can choose and make sure you're ok.

I think it has to be that or I'm already over my limit for August which I can't be. (Even including instore shops where I accidently used same email.)

Edit, think I'll avoid end of month too.

Nans shops seem straightforward with her claim and issue both in the same month. Its the ones where the claim is made in one month but the voucher is issued a few days into the beginning of the following month which is causing confusion.

I think so - but online shops might be different.
Sorry, you're getting me confused now: there's 'check' date, the date you first entered the APG, 'claim' date, when you claim the voucher (does that differ for online shops?:o) and 'issue' date (for online shops).

I thought you could 'check' in one month - see the result, but actually claim the voucher ("Get a voucher") in the following month and would then count towards the following month not the original month you looked at the result in. Online shops - doesn't the 'checking' automatically trigger the claim and therefore couldn't view and lock in a result if you are over your limit in that month? Would need to wait till the new month before requesting a check on the APG and only relates to your last shop?

I think online shops would be the claim date, I don't see what the issue date has to do with it (vouchers could appear in your account over several days?). So, I would have thought, it would relate to last month if you claimed then. But - what do I know about online shopping?:o:o

I thought they meant the date the voucher gets put onto your account ie is available to use (nomally the tuesday after you do the shop, check it and claim it ).
